Cocktail Anis e Laranja

The peel rubbed on the rim releases the oils and perfumes every sip.

1. Fill a wide glass with plenty of ice.

2. Add the gin.

3. Add the anise liqueur and the orange juice.

4. Rub the orange peel around the rim to release the essential oils.

5. Drop the peel and the star anise into the glass.

6. Top with tonic water for a more aromatic profile or sparkling water for a softer option.

7. Stir gently and serve immediately.
